GenAI & Automation Developer – Remote (Ireland Teams)

About the role

We are seeking a GenAI and Automation Developer to join our global team and work remotely with Ireland‑based colleagues. You will design, build, and deploy generative AI applications and robotic process automation (RPA) workflows that streamline business processes and enable innovative service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop generative AI solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Build and support GenAI applications in Microsoft Azure using Microsoft Foundry.
• Apply solution design principles for scalability, security, data sensitivity, and maintainability.
• Implement delivery patterns such as direct LLM pipelines, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI approaches.
• Develop AI assistants and agent‑based solutions using pro‑code and low‑code tools across Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio.
• Extend platform capabilities through custom development under governance guidelines.
• Support testing, optimisation, prompt refinement, retrieval optimisation, and model‑level adjustments to meet performance and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Strong technical foundation in generative AI and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio platforms.
• Ability to follow established governance, security, and quality standards.
