UX/UI Designer – Create Intuitive Product & Marketing Experiences

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands and needs a world‑class UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, high‑converting product and marketing experiences. You will work directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to turn complex workflows into beautiful, user‑friendly interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design dashboards, workflows, and integrations for the core product.
• Create conversion‑focused landing pages, product pages, and demo flows.
• Define, maintain, and expand the design system and component library.
• Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and run A/B experiments.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense with a focus on usability and conversion.
• Ability to translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Experience working in fast‑moving, startup environments.

Required skills

• Figma for UI design and prototyping.
