About the role
Provide graphic design support to customers, reviewing and adapting their designs to meet printing standards using a range of design tools. Continuously gather feedback to improve products, processes, services and overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design graphics according to customer needs and printing processes.
- Modify customer designs into printable files that meet production standards.
- Contact customers when necessary to agree on design changes.
- Achieve targets set by the team leader/manager.
- Apply a customer‑satisfaction oriented approach to daily tasks.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement activities related to the role.
Required profile
- Strong ethical behaviour combined with passion, commitment and drive towards quality excellence.
- Willingness to collaborate, positive attitude and ability to work autonomously.
