Human Design Service Specialist – French Language

About the role

The Human Design Service Specialist provides graphic design support to customers, ensuring their artwork meets printing standards. The role involves reviewing, modifying, and communicating design changes while gathering feedback to improve products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics according to customer needs and printing processes.
• Modify customer designs into printable files that meet production standards.
• Contact customers to agree on design changes when necessary.
• Achieve targets set by the team leader/manager and apply a customer‑focused approach.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement activities and maintain thorough product knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong ethical behaviour and passion for quality excellence.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in French; English or Italian is a plus.
• Collaborative attitude, positive mindset, and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and rapid adaptation to change.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat.
• Experience using Affinity, Canva, and other commercial design tools.
• In‑depth knowledge of InDesign for multi‑page layouts (catalogues, books, magazines).
• Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
