About the role
We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team in El Hencha. The role ensures product quality throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods. You will work closely with production staff to maintain high standards and support continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports.
- Identify non‑conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve processes.
- Participate in internal audits and support quality certifications.
Required profile
- Degree in quality, chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar quality control role.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO and HACCP.
- Strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills.
