About the role
Join Lear's new Greenfield plant in Bizerte, Tunisia, as a Customer Quality Engineer for the Thermal Comfort Systems division. You will act as the customer's representative on site, ensuring quality policies and standards are applied throughout production.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main communication partner for the customer and manage action plans for quality concerns.
- Track and manage all customer KPIs, prepare 8D reports, and lead problem‑solving meetings.
- Support P‑FMEA activities, manage customer claims, and cooperate with APQP engineers.
- Track PPAP in serial production, provide customer release evidence, and participate in product and process change management.
Required profile
- Engineering degree.
- More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar customer quality role.
Required skills
- Practical experience with P‑FMEA, PPAP, and 8D problem‑solving methods.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 19011 standards.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong Excel skills.
