About the role
Join Lear Corporation’s Operations team as a Production Supervisor (UAP Responsible) and lead daily manufacturing activities. You will ensure safety, quality, productivity and delivery targets are consistently met while reporting directly to the Production Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor production to resolve issues and ensure output meets quality standards.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
- Determine necessary resources such as workforce and raw materials.
- Approve maintenance work and equipment purchases.
- Enforce health and safety precautions.
- Plan production schedules and implement process improvements.
- Prepare production reports.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in team management, including onboarding, training and performance management.
