About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Saudi Arabia. This expatriate position will focus on driving performance, expanding market share, and aligning sales activities with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support sales representatives to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales action plans and strategies.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback.
- Support key account management and lead major negotiations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure sales activities follow quality‑based selling standards.
- Prepare sales performance reports and forecasts.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including team supervision.
- Background in tires, wood, glass, or aluminum industries.
- Master’s degree from a recognized university.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel when required.
