Sales and Marketing Intern

About the role

This full‑time marketing internship at Jan Kupper LTD is an on‑site position in Tunis. You will support daily marketing activities, assist with campaign planning, and help create promotional materials while gaining exposure to both online and offline initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and preparing promotional assets.
• Conduct basic market research, gather and organize customer and competitor data.
• Support sales and customer service teams with marketing‑related information and lead follow‑up.
• Draft simple communications such as email content or social media posts under guidance.
• Update internal reports and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience or interest in market research, sales support, and marketing strategy.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple tasks.
• Basic digital literacy and familiarity with office software and online marketing tools.
• Learning mindset, openness to feedback, and ability to work on‑site.
• Pursuing education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
