Media Buyer – Meta & Google Ads

About the role

Azoolo is seeking a Media Buyer to manage paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Le Bardo, and focuses on driving traffic, conversions, and brand visibility for the marketplace and its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audience and keyword research to define target segments.
• Allocate budgets, manage bids, and optimise spend across campaigns.
• Set up, launch, and continuously optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Perform A/B testing of creatives and landing pages to improve performance.
• Analyse performance data using platform analytics and tracking tools, reporting on KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and commercial teams to align media strategy with business goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform best practices and industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong media planning and strategy skills to design effective campaigns.
• Solid media buying experience on Meta and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimisation, and scaling.
• Advanced analytical abilities to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Clear communication skills for internal collaboration and presenting results.
• Relevant experience in e‑commerce or fashion and familiarity with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixel implementations).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced startup environment.
