Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Robert Bosch Tunisie is looking for a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to support product launches, pricing, and promotional activities across its Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools and Thermo Technology divisions. The role works closely with sales, product, and communication teams to ensure market‑ready materials and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new product launch activities, including material preparation, communication, system updates and reporting.
• Support sales planning updates and portfolio management for the business divisions.
• Assist with pricing tasks, such as setting prices and discounts.
• Organise and follow up on marketing projects like roadshows, exhibitions and customer events.
• Collect market needs, customer feedback and competitive insights from the sales team.
• Maintain and update marketing actions, communication campaigns and dashboards.
• Create product catalogues, leaflets and trade‑marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Translate and adapt content for local relevance and manage social‑media channels.
• Update the company website and internal portals.

Required profile

• Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organisational and self‑motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
