About the role
MB MOTORS is expanding and seeks a Store Manager to lead its retail outlet in Borj Louzir, Ariana. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate store staff to deliver excellent service.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports and implement improvement actions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in store management or a similar retail position.
- Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to manage stock efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer‑service orientation.
- Dynamic, serious and well‑organized.
