Country Manager

About the role

The Country Manager will act as a trusted advisor to HPE partners, driving revenue, profitability and pipeline through joint business plans and data‑driven sales efforts. This hybrid role requires working on average two days per week from an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to partners (VARs, distributors, SIs, ISVs, MSPs) and align HPE business priorities with emerging partner ecosystem trends.
• Develop and execute joint business plans, sales cadences, marketing initiatives and forecasting activities with partners.
• Articulate HPE global and local strategies to enable “sell‑with”, “sell‑to” and “sell‑through” approaches, creating a scalable selling ecosystem.
• Coordinate HPE specialist resources for partner engagements, education, executive briefings and client projects.

Required profile

• 4‑8+ years of selling experience, preferably with a focus on partner sales.
• Strong understanding of partner priorities, industry trends, IT investment strategies and HPE technology portfolio.
• Proven ability to build mutually beneficial relationships and influence partner actions that increase HPE value.

Required skills

• Technology acumen: awareness of current technology trends and HPE strategy.
• Sales acumen: ability to identify opportunities, use sales platforms and propose solutions.
• Account management: understanding of business and financial fundamentals for strategic planning.
• Partner industry knowledge: insight into channel dynamics, competitor landscape and partner needs.
