About the role

MB MOTORS is expanding and seeks a Store Manager to lead its retail outlet in Borj Louzir, Ariana. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and motivate store staff to deliver excellent service.
Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits and coordinate replenishment.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
Monitor sales performance, analyze reports and implement improvement actions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

Proven experience in store management or a similar retail position.
Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
Ability to manage stock efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer‑service orientation.
Dynamic, serious and well‑organized.
