About the role
The Production Supervisor (UAP Responsible) leads daily manufacturing operations within Lear's automotive production facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role ensures safety, quality, productivity and delivery targets are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets for production activities.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor production processes and resolve issues promptly.
- Supervise, evaluate and develop production personnel.
- Determine required resources such as workforce and raw materials.
- Approve maintenance work and equipment purchases.
- Ensure output complies with quality standards.
- Enforce health and safety precautions.
- Plan production schedules and implement process improvements.
- Prepare regular production reports.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in team management, including onboarding, training and performance management.
