About the role
BARIOLO, Tunisia's leading fresh juice and dessert bar, is expanding and seeks a dedicated Patissier to join its kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high‑quality pastries and desserts that align with the brand’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts daily.
- Maintain consistency and presentation of all baked goods.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new dessert concepts.
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar pastry or bakery role.
- Passion for cuisine, pâtisserie, boulangerie, and dessert creation.
- Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
- Disciplined and reliable work ethic.
