About the role

BARIOLO, Tunisia's leading fresh juice and dessert bar, is expanding and seeks a dedicated Patissier to join its kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high‑quality pastries and desserts that align with the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts daily.
Maintain consistency and presentation of all baked goods.
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the team to develop new dessert concepts.
Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages.

Required profile

Minimum two years of experience in a similar pastry or bakery role.
Passion for cuisine, pâtisserie, boulangerie, and dessert creation.
Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
Disciplined and reliable work ethic.
