About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to start a career in telemarketing and customer relations. Through an intensive training program offered by Sand Rose, participants will acquire the necessary communication, sales and negotiation skills and will be placed directly into a professional call‑center environment upon successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in French, English, Italian, Spanish or German.
• Engage customers, present products or services, and manage objections.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the contact‑center system.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets set by the employer.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in at least one of the offered languages.
• Motivation to learn sales and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
