About the role

You will be the first point of contact for Zembra clients, handling inquiries via email, Crisp live chat, and Slack, and ensuring each request is resolved to the client’s satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client messages across all channels.
  • Log, prioritize, and track each request until closure, ensuring nothing is lost.
  • Escalate genuine bugs to engineering with clear reproduction steps.
  • Identify recurring issues and create knowledge‑base articles or saved replies.
  • Share client feedback with the product team.

Required profile

  • 2+ years experience in customer support, technical support, or customer success, preferably for SaaS or API products.
  • Excellent written English and a calm, patient, client‑focused attitude.
  • Organized and reliable, able to follow up without reminders.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with support tools such as Crisp, Slack, Zendesk.
  • Basic technical ability to read JSON, understand APIs and webhooks, and test requests in Postman.
  • Basic SQL for data lookup (nice to have).
