About the role

MSH Tunisia is seeking qualified Medical Advisors to provide expert medical guidance to internal teams and external clients. The role involves rapid response to emergency cases, thorough review of medical reports, and support for insured members throughout their care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Offer medical advice to teams and clients, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations and provide appropriate medical guidance.
• Review medical reports, draw clear conclusions, and communicate findings.
• Reassure and guide insured members, addressing their concerns and needs.
• Support the broader medical team in maintaining high standards of care.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to uphold medical standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage emergency response.
• Excellent listening, empathy, and diplomatic communication.
• Client‑service orientation with analytical, decisive, and independent work style.
• Capability to supervise and guide staff members.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Doctor of Medicine degree.
