About the role

STAN is seeking experienced agricultural engineers to support the development of its two core activities: managing a 38‑hectare mixed farm (orchard, vegetable crops and a hydroponic greenhouse) and expanding a national fertilizer sales business. The role combines on‑site farm supervision with technical‑commercial responsibilities across Tunisia.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the operations of the farm located in Glib Jmal, El Fahs, Zaghouan.
• Oversee crop production, orchard management and hydroponic greenhouse performance.
• Develop and implement strategies for fertilizer sales, including technical support to customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to expand market reach throughout Tunisia.
• Report on production metrics and sales results to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in farm management and/or agricultural production.
• Demonstrated ability in technical sales of agricultural inputs.
• Willingness to work on‑site in El Fahs and travel within Tunisia as needed.
