About the role
LEONI is seeking an Expert HSEE to implement and manage the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSEE) strategy at its Zaghouan site. You will ensure compliance with legal requirements, drive continuous improvement and support the company’s transformation in the automotive sector.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the site HSEE strategy and prepare internal release instructions.
- Consolidate and monitor HSEE KPIs, prepare status reports and countermeasure plans.
- Organise waste management, recycling and ensure compliance with environmental permits.
- Conduct safety and environmental trainings, create emergency plans and lead internal audits.
- Report and investigate incidents, perform safety inspections, risk assessments and ergonomic studies.
- Authorize production stoppages when unsafe processes are identified.
Required profile
- Bac+5 degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE or equivalent roles.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
