HR Partnering & Services Employee (Europe/Africa)

About the role

Join a dynamic regional HR team focused on shaping the future of people services across Europe and Africa. You will drive projects, improve processes and support digital transformation to enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support HR projects across the Europe‑Africa region.
• Prepare and maintain regional HR reports and analyses.
• Support the implementation and standardisation of HR processes and policies.
• Contribute to the automation and digitalisation of HR services and processes.
• Maintain organisational structures and data within HR systems.
• Develop and update HR documentation, guidelines and training materials.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with local, regional and global HR teams to ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Projects, HR Services or HRIS.
• Good understanding of employee‑lifecycle processes and HR service delivery.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with labour law and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, project coordination and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
