About the role
The Specialist HR Business Partner supports leaders in designing employee strategies, acting as the primary HR liaison for a defined business area, and ensuring alignment with overall HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Organise information for annual salary increases, personnel planning, and cost management.
- Support strategic workforce planning and talent management, including succession planning.
- Coordinate recruitment, contract negotiations, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Coach leaders on leadership, competency management, and team development.
Required profile
- University degree in Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Communication or Commerce.
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong communication, change management and conflict resolution abilities.
Required skills
- Assessment centre design and candidate testing.
- Interview techniques and employee onboarding.
- Executive search and job analysis.
- Recruitment design, planning and management, including job fairs.
