General Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic and experienced hospitality leader to manage the ACCOR‑flagged Novotel Lac hotel in Constantine. As General Manager you will be accountable for guest satisfaction, staff leadership, financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire all departments to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
• Direct the overall management and strategic direction of the property, ensuring alignment with key objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Accor standards and local regulations.
• Meet KPI targets and monitor performance across the hotel.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting and cost controls.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, training and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners and the owner.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior hospitality management, preferably as a General Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication and business acumen.
