Content Researcher & Video Editor – Launch Phase

About the role

We are building the future of language learning at FluencyPark and need a creative storyteller to shape our launch‑phase YouTube content. The role blends narrative video editing with deep visual research to turn complex educational concepts into engaging short‑form videos.

Key responsibilities

• Narrative Editing – produce clean, engaging educational and cultural videos for our YouTube pipeline.
• Visual Research – locate documentary clips, archival footage, data graphs and other visual assets that support the script.
• Local Collaboration – work in a hybrid setup with the methodology and content lead in Tunis to align narrative direction and review assets.
• Asset Management – keep project files, research documents and media libraries meticulously organized.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Audiovisual Design, Multimedia, Journalism, Communications or related fields (or equivalent portfolio).
• Strong editing foundation with focus on clean pacing and clear audio.
• Research‑oriented mindset capable of sourcing, verifying and structuring visual information.
• Highly organized workflow and experience in student organisations, volunteering or community projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut Desktop.
