About the role
We are looking for a proactive Credit Officer to join our micro‑finance network in Sidi Bouzid. Working on the field, you will prospect new entrepreneurs, build relationships and expand our loan portfolio while ensuring high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new micro‑enterprise clients across the Sidi Bouzid region.
- Manage a portfolio of credit contracts and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Assess loan applications, analyse financial information and provide well‑grounded recommendations.
- Maintain rigorous collection practices to keep overdue amounts within acceptable limits.
- Deliver consistent, high‑standard customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or Economics.
- Minimum three years of experience in credit management; experience with insurance dossiers is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
- Result‑oriented, analytical thinking and good time‑management skills.
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken.
