About the role
The Trade Mark Assistant will support a team of attorneys in a prestigious European law firm, handling a variety of administrative and trademark‑related tasks. This position offers the chance to develop specialised skills while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.
Key responsibilities
- Enter new cases and manage client records.
- Process correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Monitor deadlines, maintain case files, and prepare standard forms.
- Assist with invoicing, reporting, and document archiving.
- Support trademark filings, searches, recordals, and renewals.
- Manage client onboarding and coordinate with international associates.
Required profile
- Mid‑level education or work experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and flexible attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
