Téléprospecteur Produit Bancaire

About the role

Outsourcia is looking for a French‑speaking Teleprospector specialized in banking products to join its Tunis call‑center. You will work remotely with customers, promoting credit‑bundling solutions and managing inquiries through multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat or web platforms.
• Present and negotiate banking and credit‑grouping offers in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions and revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French (minimum C1 level).
• Academic background in finance, economics, law, political science, banking, insurance, real estate, accounting or management.
• Proven experience in a similar outbound‑call or teleprospecting role.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Good listening and communication skills, dynamic and motivated.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer and office software tools.
