About the role
The company is seeking a Methods and Industrial Maintenance Technician to join its team in Sayada Lamta Bou Hajar, Monastir. The role focuses on planning, monitoring preventive maintenance, diagnosing failures, and improving maintenance methods and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the planning and follow‑up of preventive maintenance activities.
- Analyse equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
- Develop and optimise maintenance methods to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment reliability.
Required profile
- Higher technical diploma in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical or Electromechanical engineering.
- At least one year of experience in an industrial environment.
- Analytical mindset, rigor and strong organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
