Technical Support Engineer – Spanish Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Technical Support Engineer to join a fast‑growing renewable energy company. You will provide first‑line assistance for customers using photovoltaic (PV) inverters and home battery storage systems, ensuring smooth commissioning and ongoing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Analyse error patterns and diagnose technical issues
• Support commissioning and day‑to‑day operation of PV components
• Document cases and track progress in a ticketing system
• Order spare parts when required

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or electrotechnical environments
• Basic understanding of electrical concepts such as voltage and current
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude and team spirit
• Fluent Spanish; English proficiency is a plus

• Knowledge of PV inverter technology
• Familiarity with home battery storage systems
