Key responsibilities

Monitor production processes, settings, and parameters to ensure quality standards (LASER, SPI, AOI).
Implement process adjustments and troubleshoot production issues to improve First Time Through (FTT), cycle time, and OEE/MU.
Write new manufacturing and process instructions.
Gather and analyze data on process performance, identify trends, and report findings to engineering and management teams.
Maintain logs and records for compliance with operational procedures and protocols.
Implement newly developed processes into production.
Develop training material to train operators on process objectives.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent unplanned downtime.

AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)
