Principal Engineer II – Process Engineering

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Monitor production processes, settings, and parameters to ensure quality standards (LASER, SPI, AOI).
- Implement process adjustments and troubleshoot production issues to improve First Time Through (FTT), cycle time, and OEE/MU.
- Write new manufacturing and process instructions.
- Gather and analyze data on process performance, identify trends, and report findings to engineering and management teams.
- Maintain logs and records for compliance with operational procedures and protocols.
- Implement newly developed processes into production.
- Develop training material to train operators on process objectives.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent unplanned downtime.
Required skills

- SPI (Solder Paste Inspection)
- AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)
