Technical-Functional Consultant

About the role

As a Technical-Functional Consultant you will help optimise business processes for Vneuron’s RegTech solutions. You will analyse existing systems, lead functional workshops, produce detailed specifications and support project execution, including user acceptance testing and change‑management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current systems and model business processes to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Lead functional workshops to gather and structure client requirements.
• Produce clear, detailed functional specifications.
• Support and monitor project execution in coordination with delivery teams.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage follow‑up actions.
• Support change‑management initiatives and deliver training for users and administrators.
• Prepare training materials and functional documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of functional analysis and process‑modeling methodologies.
• Solid analytical, communication and synthesis skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse business environments and complex requirements.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support requirements analysis, documentation and training content creation.
