Transformation Program Manager (H/F)

About the role

The Business Process Improvement team drives operational transformation for ADP’s payroll and administrative services. Reporting directly to business units, the Transformation Program Manager leads complex improvement, automation and governance initiatives in a matrix environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Lean improvement projects on payroll, administrative and document‑flow processes, including AS‑IS/TO‑BE mapping, gain quantification (FTE, quality, timelines) and benefit realization tracking.
• Manage hybrid automation programmes that combine RPA (e.g., Power Automate) and AI solutions, produce Business Requirements Documents and coordinate with internal technical teams.
• Prioritise and monitor a portfolio of initiatives, handling dependencies, risks and projected savings.
• Design and facilitate governance bodies such as operational committees, steering committees and COMEX reporting, translating complex data into clear executive narratives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transformation, continuous improvement or programme management, preferably in services or BPO.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (VSM, A3, Kaizen) and functional understanding of RPA tools.
• Ability to assess AI use cases without a technical background.
• Professional fluency in French and English; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven capability to structure ambiguous problems, influence without hierarchical authority and work autonomously.
