Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

Bank ABC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to join its HR Department at the Tunisia Head Office. The role focuses on delivering proactive, client‑focused end‑to‑end recruitment services while ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse hiring needs, anticipate future demand and prepare a provisional recruitment plan.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to develop talent‑management strategies and fill vacancies promptly.
• Manage the recruitment workflow through the information‑system platform, including job description creation and posting optimisation.
• Source candidates for hard‑to‑fill roles, screen applications, conduct interviews, administer psychological tests and coordinate pre‑employment assessments.
• Negotiate compensation packages, prepare offer letters, and oversee the offer process.
• Conduct reference and background checks, ensure internship recruitment, and support onboarding.
• Prepare monthly head‑count and recruitment KPI reports for Global HR and manage recruitment‑budget reporting.
• Negotiate fees with recruitment agencies and maintain relationships with external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering proactive, client‑focused end‑to‑end recruitment services.
• Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers and develop talent‑management strategies.
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory recruitment requirements.
• Experience managing recruitment workflows and reporting KPIs.
