About the role

The Spa Manager oversees all aspects of spa operations, supervising staff across salon, skin‑care, massage, reservations and locker‑room services. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences while meeting budgetary targets and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities

Support management of spa operations and budgets, including overseeing supplies, equipment, uniforms and financial reporting.
Ensure and deliver exceptional customer service by handling guest feedback, complaints and empowering staff to maintain high service standards.
Maintain cleanliness of spa facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Conduct human‑resources activities such as employee feedback, training, performance reviews, discipline procedures and recognition programs.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in spa, guest services or a related professional area.
