Solution Architecture Senior Engineer

About the role

Autoliv is seeking a Solution Architecture Senior Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions that support our vehicle safety products. You will act as the global SAP SD expert, advising business stakeholders across commercial, logistics, and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and sustain SAP SD solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead solution design workshops, translating requirements into scalable SAP architectures.
• Drive continuous improvement of Order‑to‑Cash processes and ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, PP, WM/EWM, FI/CO, and external applications.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including fit‑gap analysis, testing, and deployment.
• Manage complex changes, enhancements, incidents, and projects within the SAP SD landscape.
• Provide guidance on EDI and customer integration processes, ensuring reliable communication with partners.
• Create and maintain solution documentation, functional specifications, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on SAP SD experience with multiple end‑to‑end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash processes and their integration with logistics, manufacturing, and finance.
• Experience in the automotive industry, especially with OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers, JIT/JIS, and EDI‑driven processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
