Solution Architect

About the role

Vneuron is a leading RegTech company that helps financial institutions combat financial crime. As a Solution Architect you will design end‑to‑end solution architectures, guide implementation roadmaps and ensure high performance of the Reis RCS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and recommend comprehensive solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze, debug, and optimise the performance of deployed solutions.
• Define, document, and promote architectural best practices and standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate technical decisions effectively to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, project delivery, and technical leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions, negotiate and manage stakeholders.

Required skills

• Java frameworks – Spring, Hibernate.
• Frontend technologies – Angular, JavaScript.
• Search and data stores – Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle and cloud‑based solution delivery.
