Solution Architect

About the role

Vneuron, a leading RegTech company, is seeking a Solution Architect to design and guide end‑to‑end architectures for its Reis RCS platform, which helps financial institutions manage AML, sanctions screening and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with engineering, project managers and clients to deliver robust, high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and recommend comprehensive solution architectures and implementation road‑maps for the Reis RCS platform.
• Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Analyze, debug and optimise performance of deployed solutions, including Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL components.
• Define, document and promote architectural standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, project delivery and technical leadership.
• Strong decision‑making, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Java development with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Frontend development using Angular and JavaScript.
• Experience with Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL databases.
• Understanding of cloud‑based solution delivery and modern software engineering principles.
• Comfort with AI tools to support design, performance analysis and documentation.
