Short Form Content Creator

About the role

The Viral Lab is seeking a full‑time Short Form Content Creator to work on‑site in Ennasr 2. You will plan, script, film and edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, collaborating with directors, editors and social‑media specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop content ideas aligned with brand objectives and audience insights.
• Participate in shoots, capture video and audio, and manage basic lighting and sound setup.
• Edit raw footage into vertical, platform‑ready clips using industry‑standard software.
• Stay current with social‑media trends, experiment with new formats, and analyze performance data to optimise future content.
• Coordinate with the production and social‑media teams to ensure timely delivery of multiple projects.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create engaging short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage several projects under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and openness to feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Portfolio or showreel of short‑form videos is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education or practical experience in film, media, communications or digital production.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
• Experience with filming, basic lighting and sound capture for vertical video formats.
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts trends and best practices.
