Brand & Content Marketing Executive

About the role

AVIAHEADS is seeking a Brand & Content Marketing Executive to strengthen and grow its brand in the aviation technical services sector. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you will create and manage content across digital channels, develop marketing materials, and support campaigns that drive audience engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, the company website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Design marketing assets using Canva, including social graphics, presentations, company profiles, one‑pagers, and event announcements.
• Maintain and update website content on Wix.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor content performance, using insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Support marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to refine messaging and positioning.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to translate complex aviation topics into clear, engaging content.
• Ensure consistency across all brand communications and marketing materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2‑5 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, or brand management.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and professional audiences.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to take ownership in a fast‑moving startup environment.
