About the role
Regnology is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to lead the setup and scaling of HR operations in India and potentially across other APAC countries. You will ensure that HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with global standards while delivering a professional employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day HR administrative operations for employees across APAC, focusing on onboarding, off‑boarding, and exit management.
- Maintain accurate employee data and digital personnel files in the HRIS.
- Prepare employment documents such as offer letters, addendums, and certificates.
- Coordinate country‑specific benefits, absences, sickness cases, and visa/immigration processes.
- Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR strategies.
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all HR activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and harmonise workflows across multiple countries.
- Support implementation or optimisation of HR tools and systems.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of local labour regulations and HR best practices.
- Experience handling benefits administration, absences, and immigration processes.
- Ability to work in a cross‑country, multi‑lingual environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on employee‑centric service.

- HRIS (experience with any HR information system)
