About the role

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international agency on a fully remote, freelance basis. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for high‑volume, on‑camera and presenter roles, benefitting from continuous hiring demand and an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from screening to placement.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast, high‑quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume sourcing and recruitment.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Strong communication and candidate management abilities.
