Senior Full Stack Java Developer

About the role

Vneuron, a leading RegTech company, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, build, and evolve its flagship compliance platform, Reis RCS. You will work in a flat, collaborative environment, focusing on clean modern Java practices while avoiding unnecessary meetings and direct customer handling.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new software functionalities, from research and architecture to integration.
• Make technical and architectural decisions that align with best‑practice standards.
• Maintain high code quality, perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
• Produce clear, structured technical documentation.
• Monitor technology trends and propose improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile teams.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Significant experience in large‑scale software development.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
