Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend Lead)

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead frontend development of modern web applications. You will architect, build, and maintain high‑performance solutions using the latest Next.js capabilities while driving real‑time, AI‑enhanced user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications with Next.js 15, leveraging App Router, Server Components, and server‑side rendering.
• Implement real‑time features using Server‑Sent Events and WebSocket communication.
• Build scalable, schema‑driven forms and multi‑step workflows with modern validation frameworks.
• Own state management, authentication integration, and API communication layers.
• Create extensible mini‑application frameworks with sandboxing, dynamic module loading, and verification mechanisms.
• Develop and deploy AI‑powered agents using vibecoding UI templates and platform tooling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver responsive, high‑quality digital solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience building modern web applications with TypeScript and React.
• Strong expertise in React (hooks, context API, component architecture) and Next.js (App Router, SSR, API routes, middleware).
• Proven experience with scalable state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit.
• Familiarity with Docker‑based development, CI/CD pipelines, and basic Kubernetes concepts.
