About the role
Laura Connecting Agency (LCA) is seeking two passionate and motivated individuals to join the team as Senior IT Technicians. The position is based in El Mourouj and operates under a CIVP contract.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance for computer systems and networks.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Assist users with everyday IT tasks and ensure smooth operation of IT tools.
- Collaborate with the team to improve IT processes and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science, Management Informatics or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to react quickly to technical problems.
- Motivation to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to team success.
Required skills
- Good mastery of standard computer tools and operating systems.
