Security Manager

About the role

As a Security Manager with Hilton Hotels, you will lead the safety and security program for a hotel property, ensuring guests, employees and assets are protected while delivering the warm hospitality experience Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise and mentor security team members, conduct performance evaluations and recognize achievements.
• Implement and enforce security protocols that comply with local regulations and Hilton brand standards.
• Oversee security patrols, identify potential risks and take proactive measures to maintain a safe environment.
• Support investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss and policy violations, ensuring proper documentation.
• Manage on‑site emergency responses such as fires, medical incidents and safety hazards, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Serve as liaison with local, state and federal law‑enforcement agencies on security matters.
• Maintain accurate security reports, incident records and compliance documentation.
• Assist hotel operations as part of the leadership team, performing duty manager duties and upholding safety standards.
