About the role
We are looking for a motivated Resident to join our team for the Summer 2027 season in Djerba, Tunisia. You will act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable holiday experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to clients throughout their stay.
- Conduct informational meetings and briefings.
- Liaise with hotels, contractors, and local partners.
- Assist clients in organisational and crisis situations.
- Promote and sell optional excursions.
- Represent the company in line with brand standards.
Required profile
- Excellent command of English (additional local language is a plus).
- High personal etiquette and strong client‑service orientation.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Independent, responsible and willing to work abroad.
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality or sales.
