About the role

We are looking for a motivated Resident to join our team for the Summer 2027 season in Djerba, Tunisia. You will act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable holiday experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide attentive care to clients throughout their stay.
Conduct informational meetings and briefings.
Liaise with hotels, contractors, and local partners.
Assist clients in organisational and crisis situations.
Promote and sell optional excursions.
Represent the company in line with brand standards.

Required profile

Excellent command of English (additional local language is a plus).
High personal etiquette and strong client‑service orientation.
Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Independent, responsible and willing to work abroad.
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality or sales.
